Sean J. O’Donnell

Sean is an advocate, with extensive experience in employment, human rights and civil litigation, having practised for Canada’s leading litigation firms in these areas, among myriad other areas of law. Sean was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 and honed his advocacy skills alongside Canada’s premier barristers, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of advocacy on behalf of individuals, major national and international corporations and governments.

Sean brings his sterling Bay Street experience to his main areas of focus in employment law, human rights and civil litigation, providing advice and advocacy to employees and employers alike. Outside of his legal practice, Sean is an avid golfer and acts as a Licensing Process Tutor for the Law Society of Upper Canada regarding Civil Litigation and Professional Responsibility.
